Hi all! Laura here. I just wanted to take a minute to get it out there that I am getting incredibly excited about the upcoming wedding season! It’s been a long winter off and both Joey and I are getting more and more excited every day about getting out and shooting more often as the weather gets nicer and nicer. During our time off we’ve done a lot of work towards making sure we’re prepared for the season. In March we both went to Las Vegas to attend a wedding photographer’s convention and trade show. We had an amazing time, learned a lot, met a lot of great people, and did a lot of leg work on making sure that we’ve chosen the right vendors to represent the kind of quality we want to provide to our customers. We still LOVE our photo lab, but we did make a change in our album vendor. In fact, we found two amazing companies! The products that these two companies offer create the most beautiful presentation for wedding images and we’re really excited to start working with them. We’re in the process of getting our sample albums ordered now and will have examples very soon!
We’re also looking forward to getting to know all of our wedding couples a little bit better as we go out on engagement shoots and spend time with them on their wedding days. Every one of the couples that we’ve got booked for 2010 are people that we just plain like. We should have tons of fun this season with our couples and can’t wait to let it all unfold.
